Derelict Keepers Cottage
This Cottage is I think, Is an old Keepers Cottage, and it is located at the beginning of a track that leads to Hackman’s Farm in Plumpton, near Lewes Sussex. There is also a campsite at the farm as well. I was actually taking photos of the Rapeseed growing in the field opposite when I stumbled across this Cottage, as it is well hidden by shrubbery. Solo Visit.
Cottage Update
Have decided that I am going to go to the Farm and speak to the Farmer and find out what this little building is and update this cottage post. I have since found out that this is an old Armoury reserved for the Gentry for storing rifles and ammunition for target practise at the firing range on the hill opposite. Will have a look later on in the year.
